Serum patient

Equipment :
Tube 4, Micropipette, micropipette tip, GOD-POD reagent , Solution control and standard .watch,Bain-marie,spectrophotometer,....
Testing
pipette into well identified test tubes:

1. Bank: reagent 1ml + demineralised water 0.01ml
2. standard : reagent 1ml + solution standard 0.01ml 
3. control :   reagent 1ml + serum control 0.01ml
4. serum patient : reagent 1ml + serum patient 0.01ml

Then take incubation 15mn temperature 37c
 Read absorbance at (460-560) nm  with spectrophotometer
Calculation 
Result =  Abs (control)/Abs (standard)*standard concentration (follow via reagent kit) for QC testing
Result =  Abs (serum patient)/Abs (standard)*standard concentration (follow via reagent kit)
 Result : Glucose: ........mg/dl
